Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10-31 (pilot). The Code of Conduct is part of these Terms.

Terms of Use

Effective October 31, 2026 · Version 2026-10-31

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using Court Fairy, you agree to them. Any dispute with Court Fairy can be brought only in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey (Sections 17 and 18).

1. Who we are

Court Fairy (the "Service") is operated by Court Fairy Technologies LLC ("Court Fairy," "we," "us"). "You" means the attorney who holds the account. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

2. Eligibility and verification

  • The Service is only for attorneys licensed and in good standing. You must hold a New Jersey license to join. You may also add a license from another state where the Service operates (currently New York, for referrals only); we verify each license before it is used. You use the Service only in your professional capacity, never as a consumer.
  • You must give your true name, attorney ID (and, for each other state you add, that state's registration number), office address, office phone, cell phone, and email, and keep them current.
  • One account per attorney. You may not share your account, register twice, or register for another person, except approved staff accounts under Section 5A.
  • We review every registration and may approve or decline it in our sole discretion. Approval is not an endorsement or a certification of your competence, standing, or insurance.
  • You must tell us within 48 hours if you are suspended, disbarred, placed on inactive status, or otherwise restricted from practice. Your access ends the moment you are no longer in good standing.

3. What Court Fairy is, and is not

  • Court Fairy is a communication tool. It lets one attorney post a request for another attorney to cover a court appearance, lets attorneys offer, message, and accept, and lets one attorney post a referral request to other attorneys.
  • Coverage is available for New Jersey courts only. Referrals are available in New Jersey and New York.
  • Court Fairy is not a law firm, does not practice law, and gives no legal advice. No attorney-client relationship exists between you, or your clients, and Court Fairy.
  • Court Fairy is not a lawyer referral service or a legal service plan. It does not recommend any attorney, choose an attorney for any client, contact any client, or take any part of any legal fee. When an attorney posts a referral request (Section 7A), Court Fairy only carries the post between attorneys.
  • Court Fairy is not a party to any arrangement between attorneys. It does not hire, supervise, employ, or vouch for any attorney, and no attorney acts as our agent.

4. No guarantee of any appearance

  • Court Fairy does not guarantee that any request will be answered, that any attorney will appear, or that any appearance will be competent, timely, or successful.
  • Alerts, messages, and notifications may be late, fail, or not arrive (for example, if a device is off, a browser tab is closed, an email is filtered, or a provider fails). You must never rely on the Service as your only means of covering a court date.
  • You remain solely responsible for every court date, deadline, and appearance in your matters, including confirming coverage directly with the covering attorney and having a backup plan.
  • Court Fairy is not responsible for any missed appearance, late appearance, adjournment denied, warrant, sanction, default, dismissal, malpractice claim, ethics grievance, fee dispute, or any other consequence of any appearance or non-appearance.

5. Your professional responsibility

  • Each attorney is solely responsible for complying with the Rules of Professional Conduct of every state where he or she is licensed, including New Jersey RPC 1.5(e), 1.6, 1.18, 5.4(a), 7.2(c) and 7.3 and their New York equivalents.
  • You alone are responsible for complying with the Rules of Court and every other obligation that applies to you, including competence, diligence, communication with your client, conflicts of interest, supervision, and any required client consent or disclosure.
  • The attorney who requests coverage decides whether the covering attorney is suitable. The covering attorney decides whether they can competently and ethically handle the appearance, including running their own conflict check.
  • You are responsible for your own malpractice insurance, if any.

5A. What you confirm every time you use Court Fairy

To keep the app simple, Court Fairy does not ask you to tick a box each time. Instead, by accepting these Terms, you confirm each of the following every time you take the action described, exactly as if you had ticked a box on that screen:

  • Conflicts. Before you offer to cover, take a coverage request, or take a referral, you have run your own conflict check and have no conflict. Court Fairy runs no conflict check and has no duty to.
  • Referral consent. When you post a referral, the potential client consents to being contacted by the attorneys who take it, and to your sharing the details you post.
  • Languages. Every language you list is one you personally speak fluently and can counsel a client in directly, without an interpreter or staff member. A false listing is grounds for removal.
  • Your account only. Only you use your account. No secretary, paralegal, associate, or other person may use it for you, except an approved staff member using their own staff account (see "Staff accounts" below).
  • Staff accounts. Court Fairy may later let you add support staff (for example, a secretary or paralegal), each with their own staff account. If you add staff, you supervise them and you are responsible for everything they do on Court Fairy, as if you had done it yourself, including under the Rules of Professional Conduct (for example, New Jersey RPC 5.3 on supervising nonlawyer assistants). Staff accounts exist only when Court Fairy offers them.
  • Posted prices. When you post a price, you promise to pay that amount to the attorney who takes it, within 7 days of the appearance.
  • You read these Terms. You agree that you read these Terms before accepting them, and that you will not claim otherwise.

6. Client confidentiality

  • Do not put client names, case numbers, or any confidential client information in a request's note, a referral's description, or a message. The app asks for a client's name (and, for a referral, phone number) only in private fields: a coverage request's client name is shown only to the attorney who covers it, and a referral's client name and phone only to the attorneys who take it. Provide them only as your obligations permit.
  • Share client details only directly with the covering attorney after an acceptance, and only as your obligations permit.
  • You are solely responsible for anything you post.

7. Arrangements and fees between attorneys

  • Any fee, trade, or other arrangement for coverage is solely between the two attorneys. Court Fairy shows the fee the covering attorney names and records the offer accepted, but does not set, collect, hold, process, guarantee, or enforce any payment.
  • You are responsible for whether and how any coverage fee is billed or disclosed to your client, and for compliance with RPC 1.5 and every other applicable rule.
  • Court Fairy never receives any part of any fee paid between attorneys or by any client.
  • Referral fees are solely between the attorneys. Court Fairy does not set, collect, share, or track them.

7A. Referrals are free

  • Referrals are free. Court Fairy charges nothing for referrals and takes no part of any fee. Each attorney is solely responsible for complying with the Rules of Professional Conduct of every state where he or she is licensed, including New Jersey RPC 1.5(e), 1.6, 1.18, 5.4(a), 7.2(c) and 7.3 and their New York equivalents.
  • Referrals are available in New Jersey and New York. A New York referral goes only to attorneys whose New York license we have verified.
  • Every approved attorney may post and take referrals, whether or not they subscribe. Subscribers get nothing extra in referrals: no priority, placement, badge, or early access.
  • Nothing of value is tied to a referral: no fee, Fairy Coin, credit, gift card, reward, or perk.
  • A referral post is anonymous. The first three attorneys who take it receive the potential client's name and phone number and contact the potential client directly; the potential client chooses whom to hire. The post closes when three attorneys take it, or after 72 hours. The attorney who posted the referral sees the name, firm, and office phone of each attorney who took it.
  • Court Fairy never contacts a client or a potential client by text, call, or email.
  • Out-of-state requests. When you post a request for a lawyer in a state other than New Jersey or New York (or a New York request that no attorney on Court Fairy can take), members will recommend a lawyer in that state. Court Fairy never contacts your client or the lawyers recommended.
  • A record of who claimed each referral (date, practice area, county or borough) is kept for 1 year. The client's name is erased 30 days after the referral closes, together with the client's phone number and the case description.

7B. Fairy Coins

  • Fairy Coins are a free favor-tracking tool for court coverage only. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred outside the app, or redeemed for money.
  • Fairy Coins are never earned, spent, or given for a referral.
  • Each appearance has a set value, the same for earning and paying, shown in the app. Coins are issued once the appearance is confirmed: by the attorney who asked for coverage, or automatically 7 days after the court date unless that attorney reports a problem. When a covering attorney waives a fee in exchange for Fairy Coins, the coins are issued right away.
  • After a confirmed coverage appearance, the attorney who asked for coverage may add 1 to 5 of their own Fairy Coins for the covering attorney, once, within 7 days of confirmation. You cannot add coins to yourself, and your balance never goes below zero.
  • Coins do not expire. We may change coin values or end Fairy Coins on 30 days' notice. Coins are not property and give you no claim against Court Fairy.

7C. Text alerts

Court Fairy can send optional text messages about coverage requests and referrals that reach you ("Court Fairy alerts"). Text alerts are off unless you turn them on in your Profile or at sign-up. They are not required to use Court Fairy.

When you turn them on, we send one text to confirm. After that, each text tells you about a coverage request or a referral and includes a link to open it in Court Fairy. Texts never include a client's or potential client's name, phone number or case details.

Message frequency varies with activity in your courts and practice areas. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; we send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email help@courtfairy.com. You can also turn texts off in your Profile.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Court Fairy does not guarantee that any text will arrive, and texts do not replace checking the app.

8. Subscription fees, automatic renewal, and authorization to charge

  • Price. Court Fairy is $49 per month, or $459 per year paid in full, with everything included. A card is required before your free period ends. Launch offer. The first 300 members approved by Court Fairy (Member No. 1 through 300, numbered in order of approval) are not charged until January 1, 2028. Other members who join before January 1, 2027 are not charged until January 31, 2027. Members who join on or after January 1, 2027 get 30 days free. If you cancel before your free period ends, you are not charged. Subscriptions are sold on courtfairy.com. Court Fairy charges no per-use fees. The subscription is a flat price. Subscription fees are flat and do not depend on how many requests you send, offers you make, or appearances you cover.
  • Authorization to charge. When you subscribe, you authorize Court Fairy and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period, automatically and without further approval, until you cancel. You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We show the price and billing period before you subscribe. By subscribing, you agree that your plan renews automatically until you cancel. For annual plans, we email you a reminder about 30 days before each renewal.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the app or by writing to help@courtfairy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • No refunds. The yearly plan is non-refundable. Fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time, or an account we suspend or close for a breach of these Terms, except where the law requires a refund. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and the plan does not renew. Two exceptions: if Court Fairy stops offering the Service, or closes your account without cause, we refund the unused full months.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.
  • Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until payment succeeds. Please keep your payment details current.
  • Disputed charges. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at help@courtfairy.com within 60 days and we will work with you in good faith. Disputing a valid charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us is a breach of these Terms, and we may suspend your account while the dispute is open.
  • Card details. Payments are handled by Stripe. Court Fairy never sees or stores your full card number.

8B. Feedback and contributions; no ownership

  • Court Fairy is created, developed, and owned solely by its owner. Using the Service, testing it, reporting problems, or suggesting ideas does not make you a creator, developer, co-owner, founder, partner, employee, or contractor of Court Fairy.
  • If you send us comments, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback ("Feedback"), you give it voluntarily and without any expectation of payment, credit, or confidentiality. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, publish, and commercialize the Feedback in any way, without notice or compensation to you, and you waive any claim, including any claim to moral rights, ownership, or compensation, arising from our use of it.
  • You agree that the Service's value, growth, or success does not give you any right or claim against Court Fairy or its owner, including any claim that you created, built, contributed to, or are owed anything for the Service or its success.
  • Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Court Fairy.

9. Messages and the permanent record

  • Every request, offer, fee, fee change, acceptance, back-out, and message is recorded with the time and the author's name under its request (the "Record").
  • Messages cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including you. Think before you send.
  • Both attorneys in a conversation can view its Record, even after the conversation closes.
  • A permanent record of each coverage deal is kept: who asked, who covered, the court, the date and time, when each step happened (sent, offered, accepted, confirmed, paid) and the outcome the covering attorney reports. It never contains client names, messages, case descriptions, notes, street addresses or fee amounts. Client names, notes, messages and case descriptions are erased 30 days after the court date.
  • A request that no attorney covered is deleted, with its Record, 30 days after the court date. Court Fairy is not an archive. If you want to keep anything, save or print it yourself before then.
  • Court Fairy does not guarantee that the Record is complete or error-free, and it is not an official court record. We keep part of a Record longer only when the law requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • post false, misleading, or fake requests or offers;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse any attorney, or post comments about judges, prosecutors, court staff, or parties;
  • solicit clients or advertise to the public (posting a referral request to other attorneys under Section 7A is allowed);
  • use another person's account, or let anyone use yours (except approved staff accounts under Section 5A);
  • scrape, copy, or export other attorneys' information, or contact them for purposes unrelated to a coverage request;
  • try to get around security, access data you are not shown, or interfere with the Service;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful or prohibited by the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Code of Conduct, blocking, and reports. At registration you agree to the Code of Conduct: professional courtesy toward every attorney, and no harassment, threats, insults, slurs, or abusive, sexual, or inappropriate messages. Any attorney may block another at any time, which ends any offer between them and stops them seeing each other's requests. Any attorney may privately report conduct to Court Fairy. We review reports at our sole discretion and have no duty to investigate, respond to, or act on any report; we may, but need not, warn, suspend, or close an account. Reports concern conduct only; Court Fairy does not resolve disagreements over fees or scheduling. We never tell the reported attorney who made a report, except as the law requires.

11. Your account and security

You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your email account secure, because sign-in links go there. Tell us immediately at help@courtfairy.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account, remove any content, or refuse service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, including for a breach of these Terms or a change in your standing. You may close your account at any time. Sections 3 to 7, 8B, 9, and 13 to 20 survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ALERT WILL BE DELIVERED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY ATTORNEY WHO USES THE SERVICE.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW: (a) COURT FAIRY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST FEES, LOST CLIENTS, OR HARM TO REPUTATION; AND (b) COURT FAIRY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE DAMAGE WAS POSSIBLE.

Release. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY CLAIM AGAINST COURT FAIRY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARISING FROM THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IN PROVIDING THE SERVICE. This release does not cover gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

One year to file. Any claim against Court Fairy relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one year after it arises. A claim not filed within that year is permanently barred.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Court Fairy and its owners, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Service; any appearance you requested, covered, or failed to cover; any arrangement or fee between you and another attorney; anything you posted; any claim by your client or another attorney's client; or your breach of these Terms or of any rule of professional conduct.

16. Disputes between attorneys

Any dispute between attorneys about an appearance, a fee, or anything else is solely between them. Court Fairy has no duty to resolve it, to keep records for it, or to take part in it. Until a Record is deleted under Section 9, we may, at our discretion, give a copy only to the two attorneys in that conversation or as the law requires. You release Court Fairy from any claim arising from such a dispute.

17. Disputes with Court Fairy: no arbitration

  • There is no arbitration. Any dispute between you and Court Fairy is decided only by the courts named in Section 18.
  • You may bring a claim against Court Fairy only on your own behalf, never as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

18. Governing law and exclusive forum (Bergen County, New Jersey)

  • New Jersey law governs these Terms and any dispute relating to the Service, without regard to any conflict-of-law rule that would apply another state's law.
  • Exclusive forum. Any lawsuit, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms, the Service, or Court Fairy must be filed and heard only in: (a) the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County (Law Division or Special Civil Part, as applicable), in Hackensack, New Jersey; or (b) only if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, in the vicinage that hears Bergen County cases.
  • You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to them, including lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, and inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens).
  • This applies wherever you live, practice, or are licensed, and wherever the claim arose. Any claim filed in any other court, in any state or country, will be dismissed or transferred to those courts, and you will pay Court Fairy's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of enforcing this Section.
  • This Section also covers claims against Court Fairy's owners, officers, employees, and agents.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and ask you to accept it in the app before you continue. We record the version you accepted and when. If you do not agree, close your account.

20. General

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to us go to help@courtfairy.com; notices to you go to your account email. Headings are for convenience only.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 31, 2026

Court Fairy collects only what it needs to connect attorneys for court coverage. We do not sell your information, show ads, or use advertising cookies.

1. What we collect

  • Registration details: name, attorney ID and state, office address, office phone, cell phone, email. Why: to verify you are an attorney in good standing and to run your account.
  • Licenses: each state's attorney ID or registration number you add (for example, New York). Why: to verify the license before you receive that state's referrals.
  • Coverage settings: radius, counties, municipalities, courts, practice areas. Why: to decide which requests and referrals reach you.
  • Requests and referrals: court, date, time, judge, proceeding, in person or virtual, your note; for a referral, the practice area, state, and county or borough. Why: to send them to the right attorneys.
  • Offers and acceptances: who offered, the fee named, fee changes, who was accepted, back-outs, who claimed a referral, and the outcome the covering attorney reports after court (what happened and any new date). Why: to run the offer and acceptance process and keep the Record.
  • Messages: every message between two attorneys about a request. Why: to let you communicate and keep the Record.
  • Location: if you allow it, your phone's location is used only to tell which courthouse you are at (for Who's in court?). It is checked on your phone; only the courthouse is saved, and it is erased at the end of the day.
  • Your mobile number and text-alert choices: whether text alerts are on, and when you turned them on or off. We do not keep the content of texts.
  • Calendar meeting links: if you connect a calendar, we read your events to recognize court dates. For an event at a court, we may keep that event's video meeting link (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) for you only, until midnight that day. We never keep an event's title, notes or attendees, or anything from an event that is not at a court.
  • How you found us: if you join through a link from an event or campaign, we note that source (for example, "Meadowlands") on your account.
  • Technical data: sign-in session cookie, browser type, and error logs kept by our hosting providers; and how the app is used (for example, which buttons are tapped), recorded by our analytics provider without any words you type or read, photos, or IP address, and identified only by an internal account number. Why: to keep you signed in, secure the Service, fix problems, and improve the app.

Client details are kept to a minimum: a coverage request's client name is shown only to the attorney who covers it, and a referral's client name and phone only to the attorneys who take it. Both are deleted on the schedule in Section 4. You must not put client names or confidential client information anywhere else.

2. Who sees what

  • Other approved attorneys who receive your request see your name, the court, date, time, judge, proceeding, and your note.
  • The attorney who posted a request sees each offering attorney's name, distance from the court, and fee.
  • The attorney who posted a referral sees the name, firm, and office phone of each attorney who took it.
  • Cell numbers are never shown to other attorneys. After a deal, the two attorneys can call each other through the app.
  • Messages are visible only to the two attorneys in that conversation.
  • Court Bulletin. If you post news or a meeting link to the Court Bulletin, other approved members see it with your name. News posts are erased at midnight; a shared meeting link stays until it is replaced or reported as not working.
  • Court Fairy administrators can see account information to approve registrations and run the Service, and can see requests, offers, and messages when needed for support, security, a dispute, or a legal obligation.
  • Unapproved or signed-out visitors see nothing.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us:

  • Supabase: database and sign-in
  • Vercel: hosting the app
  • Resend: sign-in emails and alerts
  • PostHog: product analytics, set up to record no typed or displayed words, no photos, and no IP address
  • Stripe: subscription payments. We receive only the card brand, last four digits, and expiry date; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Twilio: text alerts, for members who turn them on

Text messaging. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the text-message provider that delivers our messages for us (Twilio), which uses them only to send them.

4. How long we keep data

  • Requests, offers, fees, acceptances, back-outs, and messages form a Record that no user can edit or delete.
  • Coverage: a permanent record of each coverage deal is kept: who asked, who covered, the court, the date and time, when each step happened and the reported outcome. It never contains client names, messages, case descriptions, notes, street addresses or fee amounts. Client names, notes, messages and case descriptions are erased 30 days after the court date. A request no attorney covered is deleted 30 days after the court date. Save or print anything you want to keep before then.
  • Referrals: a record of who claimed each referral (date, practice area, county or borough) is kept for 1 year. The client's name is erased 30 days after the referral closes, together with the client's phone number and the case description.
  • Fairy Coin history is kept while your account is open.
  • Calendar meeting links you have not shared are erased at midnight. A record that a text was sent (when, and whether it went through, never its words or your number) is erased after 90 days.
  • We keep a Record longer only when the law requires it, such as a subpoena, court order, or preservation demand we receive before it is deleted, and only for as long as required.
  • Account details are kept while your account is open. When you close it, we delete your profile within 30 days, except the permanent coverage record described above and what the law requires us to keep.

5. When we disclose information

We disclose information only: to the attorneys described in Section 2; to our service providers; in response to a subpoena, court order, ethics or disciplinary inquiry, or other legal process; to protect the safety of any person or the security of the Service; or to a buyer or successor in a merger, sale, or reorganization, who must honor this Policy. Where the law allows, we will try to tell you before responding to legal process about your information.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by rules checked on every request, so each attorney can reach only what this Policy describes. Administrator accounts use two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Email

By registering, you agree that we may email you about your account, requests, offers, and messages.

8. Your choices

You can view and update your profile and coverage settings in the app at any time. Turn text alerts off in your Profile, or reply STOP to any text. You can ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it, or close your account by writing to help@courtfairy.com. Records are deleted on the schedule in Section 4.

9. Who the Service is for

The Service is only for licensed attorneys acting in a professional capacity. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to this Policy

We will post any change with its effective date and tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
