Code of Conduct
Court Fairy is a professional tool for licensed attorneys. Every lawyer who registers agrees to these rules.
- Professional courtesy, always. Treat every lawyer the way you would in a courtroom hallway with the judge watching.
- No harassment. No threats, insults, slurs, intimidation, or abusive, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate messages, ever.
- No comments about judges, prosecutors, court staff, or parties.
- No client confidences. Never post client names or confidential details in a request or a message.
- Money and scheduling are between the two lawyers. Court Fairy does not take sides in fee or scheduling disagreements.
If someone crosses the line: open the conversation, tap ⋯ in the top corner, and choose Block, Report conduct, or both. Blocking takes effect at once: you will no longer see each other's requests. A report goes privately to the administrator, who decides what, if anything, to do. The other lawyer is never told who reported them.
Court Fairy may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.
